This blender cannot heat soups from cold ingredients or blend hot ingredients. The containers are not intended for hot blending. Please note, after you blend cool ingredients, it can be poured into a saucepan to heat up if desired.
Auto-iQ Blend and Auto-iQ Ultra Blend have been designed specifically for use with the Nutri Ninja Cups. Auto-iQ Blend is a shorter program that is perfect when using ingredients such as fresh fruit, yogurt, and leafy greens, like spinach. The Auto-iQ Ultra Blend is a slightly longer program designed for breaking down tougher ingredients, such as frozen fruit, ice, kale, seeds, and nuts.
Product care & maintenance
Hand Washing: Wash the containers, lids, and blade assemblies, in warm, soapy water. When washing the blade assemblies and blade discs, use the provided cleaning brush or a dishwashing utensil with a handle to avoid direct hand contact with blades. Handle blade assemblies with care to avoid contact with sharp edges. Rinse and air-dry thoroughly.
Dishwasher: The containers, lids, and blade assemblies, are all top-rack dishwasher safe. Ensure that the blade assemblies are removed from the containers before placing them in the dishwasher.
Motor Base: Use a damp cloth to wipe the motor base clean. Never submerge the motor base in water.
Make sure the surface and the suction feet are wiped clean. The suction feet will only stick to smooth surfaces. The suction feet will not stick on some surfaces (wood, tile, and non-polished finishes).
Do not attempt to use appliance when the motor base is stuck to a surface that is not secure (cutting board, platter, plates, etc.).
Each program has been designed specifically for the jar attached to the base. Certain programs will only work when certain jars are attached. If the program light does not illuminate when the jar is attached, that program will not run and you will get an ERR message on the display.
All of our Auto-iQ programs are timed to finish on their own so you don't have to stand there and watch to make sure your results come out great. The speeds (low, med, hi), however, will start counting from 0 and count up until the auto-shut off is reached.

Either you are chopping too much food at one time, or the pieces are not of even size and processing smaller amounts per batch.
The food has been over processed. Use Auto-iQ™ Pulse button for controlled processing. Food Collects On Lid or On the Sides of the Container. The mixture is too thick. Add more liquid.
Do not use ice that has been sitting out or has started to melt. Use ice straight from the freezer. Start with a few pulses and then go to a continuous blending cycle.
