3. To enter, entrants must:

b) Tag a friend who loves sweet treats
c) Share to stories for a bonus entry
4. The promotion commences 5 September 2025 at 5:00pm AEST. Entries close 12 September 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.
5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 13 September 2025 at 9:00am AEST at 45 Clarence St, Sydney NSW 2000.
The winning entry (1) will win the prize of:
a) 1x Ninja Swirl by CREAMi valued at $549.99
b) Arnott’s Biscuits bundle valued at $70

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram
- The Ninja Swirl by CREAMi product prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address
- The Arnott’s Biscuits bundle will be sent to the winner’s nominated address
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
9. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions. The promotion excludes any travel costs (eg. Accommodation and flights).
10. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below.
