Where can I find my store credit balance?
Log into your Shark or Ninja customer account and you will be able to see your current store credit balance in there.
If you don't have an existing customer account yet, you can create one and your store credit will be available in there. (Important: In order for your store credit to be loaded into your newly created customer account, you will have to use the same email address you used in the transaction that earned you the Store Credit Bonus when creating your new customer account.
How do I redeem my store credit?
When logged in to your Shark or Ninja customer account, you will see an 'Apply Store Credit' button in checkout to easily use your available store credit on your next Shark or Ninja purchase.
