Terms and conditions:
- The promoter is SharkNinja Pty Ltd ABN 87 147 260 197 (the Promoter).
- By participating in this survey, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions (Terms) and agree to be bound by them.
- Entries must enter their details and comply with these Terms to be valid. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entries that does not comply with these Terms.

Entry is open only to employees of CBA Group who are Australian residents and must:
- Use a CBA Group work email address
- Complete the survey and provide the required details
- One entry per person.
- Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate. By permitting an entrant under 18 years of age to enter, the parent or legal guardian:
- confirms that they have provided consent for the entrant to participate in the survey and promotion;
- warrants that they are the parent or legal guardian of the entrant and have full authority to provide such consent
- agrees to be responsible for the entrant’s conduct and compliance with these Terms; and
- accepts responsibility for any loss, damage or liability arising from the entrant’s participation or acceptance and use of any prize, to the extent permitted by law.
- Complete the survey during the Promotional Period: Friday 30th January 12pm AEDT– until Tuesday 3rd February 11:59pm.No purchase necessary.
- Total prize pool: 5 x Ninja SLUSHi Professional Frozen Drink Maker (FS301).
- Each winner receives 1x Ninja SLUSHi Professional Frozen Drink Maker (RRP $349.99) (Prize).
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
- If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute with a prize of equal or higher value.
- Five winners will be selected at random on Tuesday 3rd February 11:59pm AEDT at the Promoter’s office in Sydney, Australia.
- Winners will be notified by email and a phone call within 7 days.
- Winners must claim within 14 days of notification (details to be provided in the email or phone call); otherwise, the Promoter may conduct a redraw to award unclaimed prizes.
- Results will not be published in any media outlet by the Promoter, however CBA Group can opt to announce the 5 winners internally which will be managed by the CBA Staff Deals team
- Prizes will be delivered to an Australian street address provided by the winner.
- Prize cannot be delivered to certain postcodes published on Shipping policy – Ninja Kitchen Australia
- Delivery of Prize may take up to 4 weeks from notification.
- Risk of loss passes on dispatch.
- Nothing in these Terms limits nonexcludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- The Promoter may, acting reasonably, disqualify entries that are incomplete, incorrect, indecipherable, automated, fraudulent, or noncompliant with these Terms.
- By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using and disclosing their personal information to conduct the survey and promotion, contact winners and fulfill prizes, and for internal research/analysis, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at Privacy policy – Ninja Kitchen Australia. Personal information may be disclosed to related entities and service providers (including overseas).
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or any prize. This does not exclude or limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- The Promoter may vary, suspend or cancel the promotion if it is not capable of being conducted as intended (including due to interference, technical failures or events beyond its control), provided doing so does not materially disadvantage entrants. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
- The Promoter will consider any dispute concerning the conduct of the promotion or claiming a prize and endeavour to resolve the dispute, however the Promoter’s decision on all aspects relating to the promotion is final.
