Store credit offers are only available on the selected special offer days as clearly stated in our marketing communication.
Exclusions apply: Store credit cannot be earned on the purchase of bundles or eGift cards.
Store credit can be used to redeem eGift cards and bundles.
Store credit will be sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately after the purchase is completed. Credit is also stored securely in your digital wallet, accessible by logging into your account on our website using your email.
Store credit can be redeemed on future purchases made through the Shark or Ninja online stores.
Credit is interchangeable across brands—customers can use credit earned from Shark purchases to buy Ninja products, and vice versa.
To check your store credit balance or use it for purchases, log into your account on the Shark or Ninja website with the email address associated with your purchase.
Store credit does not expire unless stated otherwise. The issuing brand reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time.
