- Set the Ninja® Foodi® SmartLid™ Multi Cooker to sear/sauté and add the olive oil to the pot
- Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes, stirring often
- Add in the spices and stir for another minute then add all remaining chilli ingredients
- Close the lid and change to the pressure cooker function using the smart slider. Set to cook for 10 minutes.
- After the pressure has released open the lid and stir chilli , if you’d like it slightly thicker set your Ninja® Foodi® SmartLid™ Multi Cooker back to sear/sauté and stir the chilli for another few minutes to thicken
- To cook rice in the Ninja® Foodi® SmartLid™ Multi Cooker add 1 cup rinsed brown rice to the pot with 2 cups of water and set to pressure cook for 15 minutes
