1 cup thickened cream
½ cup full cream milk
2 tablespoons ground ginger
1 tablespoon raw sugar
1 tablespoon golden syrup
4 tablespoons crushed gingernut biscuits
Caramel topping to serve
1. Add all ingredients together and freeze for 24 hours.
2. Add to Ninja CREAMi and select ice cream x 2.
3. Serve topped with caramel and a gingerbread man or crushed gingernut biscuits.
