Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 ½ cups almond milk ( or milk of choice)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ¼ medium sized avocado
- 8-9 fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup crushed ice
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
Toppings
- Dark choco chips/cacao nibs
- Whipped cream
Methods
- In the Ninja Nutri-Blender Pro BN500, add the banana, milk, spinach, avocado, mint, and ice and blend until smooth.
- Add choco chips or cacao nibs and briefly pulse (don't completely puree the chocolate chips otherwise the smoothie colour will turn brown).
- Pour in a glass and garnish with whipped cream or coconut cream and additional cacao nibs, if desired. Enjoy immediately.
