- Place two filled jalapeño halves together to form a whole, then wrap each with a half bacon rasher. Repeat with the remaining jalapeños.
- Insert the crisper plate into the air fryer basket and place the basket in the Ninja Air Fryer Max. Preheat by selecting the AIR FRY function, setting the temperature to 180°C, and setting the time to 3 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin.
- After 3 minutes, place the jalapeños on the crisper plate, then reinsert the basket. Select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 180°C, and the time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
- After 7 minutes, press START/STOP to pause cooking. Remove the basket, rotate the jalapeños to ensure the bacon crisps evenly, then reinsert the basket and press START/STOP to resume.
- When cooking is complete, remove the jalapeños and let them cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.
