- 40ml Riverina Fresh Thickened Cream
- 170ml Riverina Fresh Full Cream Milk
- 15ml Monin Mango Purée
- 10ml Monin Liquid Frappe
- 10ml Monin Macadamia Syrup
- Single Espresso Shot
- Ice
- Dried Mango
Methods
- Add thickened cream, milk, Monin Mango Purée, and Monin Liquid Frappe into the Ninja Milk Jug and set to cold foam.
- Pour Monin Macadamia Syrup into espresso and stir.
- Add ice and 20ml Riverina Milk into a glass.
- Pour espresso–macadamia mixture on top of milk.
- Layer foam on top.
- Add garnish.
