  • 40ml Riverina Fresh Thickened Cream
  • 170ml Riverina Fresh Full Cream Milk
  • 15ml Monin Mango Purée
  • 10ml Monin Liquid Frappe
  • 10ml Monin Macadamia Syrup
  • Single Espresso Shot
  • Ice
  • Dried Mango

Methods

  1. Add thickened cream, milk, Monin Mango Purée, and Monin Liquid Frappe into the Ninja Milk Jug and set to cold foam.
  2. Pour Monin Macadamia Syrup into espresso and stir.
  3. Add ice and 20ml Riverina Milk into a glass.
  4. Pour espresso–macadamia mixture on top of milk.
  5. Layer foam on top.
  6. Add garnish.
