Roasted Red Pepper Hommus Recipe

PREP: 5 MINUTES | CONTAINER: 400ML BOWL | MAKES: 1 SERVING

 

Ingredients

240g chickpeas, drained

1 roasted red capsicum, cut in quarters

2 cloves garlic, peeled

½ tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

¼ teaspoon paprika

Kosher salt, as desired

Ground black pepper, as desired

 

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in the 400ml smoothie bowl in the order listed, then install the blade assembly.

2. Select SPREAD and press START/STOP. Twist the built-in tamper counter clockwise continuously while blending until program is complete.

3. Remove blades from smoothie bowl after blending.
