  1. INTRODUCTION  

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes, including the attached Schedule 1, form part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). 

  1. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. 

  1. Entries must comply with these Terms to be valid. 

  1. Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Terms refer to the corresponding item headings in Schedule 1.  

  1. PROMOTER 

  1. The promoter is SharkNinja Pty Ltd ABN 87 147 260 197 of Suite 3, Level 23, 45 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter). 

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD  

  1. The Promotion Period will commence and conclude on the dates specified in item 2 of Schedule 1.  

  1. ELIGIBILITY  

  1. Entrants must meet the eligibility requirements set out in items 3 and 4 of Schedule 1, which include: 

  1. the Eligibility Criteria; and  

  1. the Permitted Number of Entries for each entrant during the Promotion Period.  

  1. HOW TO ENTER  

  1. An entrant must during the Promotion Period comply with the requirements for How to Enter, as set out in item 5 of Schedule 1.  

  1. Entries are deemed to be received at the time and on the date that the completed entry is submitted by the entrant as per the details set out in item 5 of Schedule 1. 

  1. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 

  1. PRIZES  

10x Ninja CRISPi Portable Glass Air Fryers ($299.99) to be sent to 12 different individual winners.  

  1. The winner[s] will receive the Prize[s] set out in item 6 of Schedule 1.  

  1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

  1. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute with a prize of equal or greater value (subject to regulatory approval). 

  1. The Total Number of Prizes and Total Prize Pool value is set out in item 8 and item 9 of Schedule 1.  

  1. DRAWS  

  1. The draw will take place on the 23/12/2025 at the Level 14, 45 Clarence St Sydney 2000 as specified in item 10 and 11 of Schedule 1. 

  1. The winner will be determined by Random Comment Pick as specified in item 12 of Schedule 1. 

  1. NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE  

  1. The winner[s] will be notified by the method set out in item 13 of Schedule 1, and the names of [the winner/each winner of a Prize] will be published in accordance with item 14 of Schedule 1. 

  1. If an entrant’s contact details change, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter in writing. 

  1. Prizes must be claimed by [23/12/2025]. 

  1. REDRAW 

  1. Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn in accordance with item 15 of Schedule 1.  

  1. Winners of any redraw will be notified and published as above. 

  1. PRIZE DELIVERY  

  1. Prizes delivered to Australian addresses only. 

  1. Allow up to 28 days for delivery. 

  1. The Promoter is not responsible for lost/damaged prizes after dispatch. 

  1. PRIVACY  

  1. Privacy Statement. The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). The Promoter collects entrants' personal information and may disclose such information to third parties (including but not limited to its agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and related bodies corporate), in order to conduct, administer and publicise the Promotion. Winners' names will be published in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter manages personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act and the Promoter's Privacy Policy (available at [insert web address]). The Promoter's Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants can access or seek correction of personal information that the Promoter holds about them.  It also contains information about how entrants can make a privacy complaint and how the Promoter will deal with it. 

  1. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and the Promoter and its related bodies corporate may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services. 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  

  1. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in Australia. 

  1. Except for liability that cannot be excluded, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Promotion, the awarding or provision of any Prizes, the use of any Prizes or the marketing of the Promotion. 

  1. CANCELLATION OF PROMOTION  

  1. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, safety or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from any relevant regulatory authority and applicable [insert State or Territory] regulations.  

  1. GENERAL  

  1. This Promotion is governed by and must be construed according to the law applying in New South Wales and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.   

  1. Each entrant must comply with these Terms.  Each entrant indemnifies and will keep indemnified the Promoter in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by the Promoter as a direct or indirect result of the entrant acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms. 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries in its absolute discretion. For example, the Promoter may disqualify:  

  1. any entrants or entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process;  

  1. incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries or entries containing false information or incorrect contact details;  

  1. any entries containing material that is obscene, indecent, objectionable, defamatory, libellous or otherwise contravenes any applicable law or infringes any third party’s rights; and  

  1. any entries that the Promoter considers inappropriate for any reason. 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the details provided by entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.   

  1. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage under these Terms and any applicable law does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 

  1. The Promoter’s decision on all aspects relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

  1. If at any time a provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, that will not affect or impair: 

  1. the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of these Terms; or  

  1. the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of that or any other provision of these Terms.

Entrants must (a) be a resident of Australia; (b) be aged 18 or older; Proof of residency may be required.  

 

Employees, managers and directors of the Promoter and its related companies and suppliers and agencies involved in the promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion, nor are their immediate families.

How to Enter 

To enter the Promotion, an entrant must, during the Promotion Period:  

 

  1. Use their Instagram account to follow the @ninjakitchenau page 

  1. Tag a friend in the comments on the days leading up to the 23rd December 2025 

  1. DM the post to a friend for an extra entry in the competition
