Terms & Conditions
1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW
1.1 This promotion (the Promotion) is conducted by SharkNinja Pty. Ltd. (ABN 87 147 260 197) trading as Ninja Kitchen (Promoter). By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter's decisions are final.
1.2 Promotion Period: 1 December 2025 to 24 December 2025 (Promotional Period).
1.3 Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older only.
2. HOW IT WORKS
2.1 Each day during the Promotional Period, a unique daily deal will be available exclusively on ninjakitchen.com.au/pages/advent-calendar.
2.2 Each daily deal is available from 12:00 AM AEDT to 11:59 PM AEDT on its designated date only (e.g., Day 1 deal available only on 1 December 2025, Day 2 deal available only on 2 December 2025, etc.).
2.3 There are 24 daily deals in total, one for each day from 1 December through 24 December 2025.
2.4 Once a daily deal expires at 11:59 PM AEDT on its designated date, it cannot be accessed or redeemed. Previous days' deals are not available on subsequent days.
3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCESS
3.1 To access and redeem daily deals, customers must have a registered account on ninjakitchen.com.au and be logged in.
3.2 Account registration is free with no purchase obligation or commitment required.
3.3 Customers may create an account at any time during the Promotional Period to access current and future daily deals.
4. DEAL TERMS
4.1 Daily deals may include various offers such as discounts, promotions, bundles, or other special offers as determined by the Promoter.
4.2 All deals are subject to availability and while supplies last.
4.3 Each daily deal applies only to eligible products as specified on the advent calendar page for that day.
4.4 Daily deals cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific deal.
4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to limit quantities per customer for any daily deal.
5. EXCLUSIONS & CONDITIONS
5.1 Gift cards are excluded from all daily deals unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.2 Daily deals cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
5.3 If a product sells out during the daily deal period, the deal will no longer be available for that product.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any daily deal due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify account eligibility and may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. For definitions of fraud and abuse, refer to the Terms & Conditions at https://ninjakitchen.com.au/policies/terms-of-service.
6.2 The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, website downtime, login failures, or other technical difficulties that may affect access to daily deals.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time for any reason beyond reasonable control, including technical difficulties, fraud, or unauthorised intervention.
6.4 By participating, you consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. You may unsubscribe at any time.
6.5 The Promoter collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://ninjakitchen.com.au/policies/privacy-policy) and will not disclose information outside of Australia.
6.6 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from this Promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable consumer protection laws.
6.7 This Promotion is governed by Australian law.
