Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 60g granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 175ml heavy cream
  • 240ml whole milk

Methods

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the cream cheese and microwave for 10 seconds. Add the cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract, then use a whisk or rubber spatula to combine until the mixture resembles frosting, about 60 seconds.

  2. Gradually mix in the thickened cream and milk until fully combined and the sugar has dissolved.

  3. Pour the mixture into an empty Creami Deluxe Tub that’s part of the Ninja CREAMi Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream and Frozen Treat Maker. Secure the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.

  4. After freezing, remove the Creami Deluxe Tub from the freezer and take off the lid. Place the tub into the outer bowl, install the Creamerizer Paddle onto the outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly onto the outer bowl. Place the bowl assembly on the motor base and twist the handle to the right to raise the platform and lock it in place.

  5. Select the ICE CREAM function on your Ninja CREAMi™ Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream and Frozen Treat Maker.

  6. Once processing is complete, add mix-ins if desired or serve the ice cream immediately.
