2.2 Only those who both enter and complete a qualifying purchase within the same competition week are eligible for the draw.

2.3 The competition runs for two weeks, starting on Monday, 14 April 2025 and ending on Sunday, 27 April 2025. Each competition week runs from Monday at 12:00 AM AEDT to Sunday at 11:59 PM AEDT, with one winner drawn per week.

2.4 Entries do not roll over—each week is a separate draw.

2.5 Entries are limited to 1 entry per customer.

3. PRIZE DETAILS & WINNER SELECTION

3.1 Each week, one randomly selected winner will receive a full refund for their Ninja SLUSHi purchase, up to a maximum of $499.99 AUD. The refund amount will not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the winner.

3.2 The winner will be drawn at 10:00 AM AEDT every Monday by SharkNinja Pty. Ltd.

3.3 The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days and must respond within 7 days to confirm their prize.

3.4 If a winner fails to respond, a redraw may occur at the Promoter’s discretion.
