- Season a piece about 300g Tataki Tuna with pink salt, Italian seasoning premix and coat with white sesame seeds.
- Use Grill mode on Ninja Foodi, adjust timer to 10 mins (without preheating). Halfway through, add a slice of salted butter and continue to grill until time's up.
- It achieved the pinky in the centre but not raw. That’s the texture I like
