MAKES: 1 SERVING
1 cup Unsweetened Plant Based Milk (I used coconut)
3 tbsp Natural Yoghurt (I used coconut)
½ Mango, sliced
½ cup Frozen Cauliflower, optional
1 tbsp Cashews
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
¼ tsp Turmeric, optional
1. Blend all ingredients in blender to desired consistency.
2. Slurp away!
Hint: Use frozen or fresh fruit and add ice as desired for a more refreshing drink.
