INGREDIENTS
- 100g cold butter, cut into cubes
- 200g plain flour
- 3–4 tablespoons water
DIRECTIONS
- Install the chopping blade in the Food Processor Bowl. Add butter and flour in bowl and press CHOP, twice or until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Place water into feed tube pusher, press LOW and pour water slowly through feed tube until mixture starts to form a ball around the blade, and the bowl is clean.
- Carefully remove dough from blade and turn out onto a floured board and knead slightly. Wrap in greaseproof paper and chill for 30 minutes before using.
