Vegan Salted Caramel Ice Cream Recipe




2 cups Plant Based Milk (I used oat)

4 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup

2 tsp Maca Powder

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

½ tsp Salt 

3 tbsp Macadamia Nuts



1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the nuts.

2. Pour mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi tub. Place lid and freeze for 24 hours.

3. Remove tub from freezer and remove lid. Select Gelato function and allow your CREAMi to do its magic!

4. Once creamed, add nuts and select MIX IN, scoop and serve immediately.
