MAKES: 2 SERVINGS
¾ cup Plant Based Milk (I used almond)
1 cup Mixed Berries
2 tbsp Plant Based Yoghurt (I used coconut)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup, optional
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp Cashews, roughly chopped
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the nuts.
2. Pour mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi tub. Place lid and freeze for 24 hours*.
3. Remove tub from freezer and remove lid. Select Smoothie Bowl
function and allow your CREAMi to do its magic!
4. Once creamed, add nuts and select MIX IN, scoop and serve immediately. Top with your favourite toppings.
*To skip freezing for 24 hours, use frozen berries and add to your CREAMi immediately.
